About Ladner Art Corner :

Monique is the owner of Ladner Art Corner, LLC. This is the physical quaint space where she brings to fruition imaginative, ideas and concepts. At an early age Monique‘s love and passion for art was ignited by visiting art museums, art galleries and exhibits. In addition, she also found art as a therapy to help her and others to maneuver the ever shifting paradigms of life.

She enjoys working with various mediums, such as Gouache, Watercolor, Acrylic and Fabric. The specific art genre that Monique specializes in is Abstract Realism 2-D and 3-D art pieces. For Monique Abstract Realism includes emphasis on color, composition, visible textures, and depending on the art piece recognizable imagery. In certain unique pieces, she enjoys adding a 3-D mixed media element along with her personal photography touch. Monique’s work has been shown at First Friday exhibits in Las Vegas, Nevada and is currently in the personal private collections of international collectors in Jakarta, Indonesia, Vancouver, British Columbia, São Paulo, Brazil and Las Vegas, Nevada.
